Herman Ofori Macmillan is a Ghanaian international choreographer, backstage coordinator, models trainer and fashion show producer and the CEO and owner of ISSH Entertainment. He started a modelling agency in the early 90’s called “WALK TALL” and later established the renowned “FACE ONE “ modelling agency. His primary objective is to teach and groom young people in the art of modelling.

His works over the years spanned across various institutions; primary, secondary, tertiary and corporate institutions respectively. He rose through the ranks in the fashion industry, organising and coordinating fashion shows, grooming and choreographing pageantries both at home and internationally. His works have taken him throughout  Africa and worldwide, such as  NIGERIA, SOUTH AFRICA, MOROCCO, CANADA, etc.

In 2011, the agency Name “FACEONE “ changed to “SPICE EVENTS & MODELS”. The company plunged in to events organising as well as grooming and training of models, so to reposition itself in the creative industry for clients and stake holders to patronise its services.
