    Maintain the Vendor Space in good, clean and safe condition.

Vendor shall repair any damage to the Property arising from the acts or omission of vendors. On the Expiration Date, Vendor shall return the Space in clean and good condition as it was in immediately before the vendor took possession.

Observe and comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and code requirements applicable to the event.
